I stopped early because I liked the lighting and the softness of the image. It's closer to where I want to eventually go with my painting. We lost Miss Boo just before Christmas. This was painted from my favourite photograph of Boo. She's on her tree perch, looking at birds outside the upper window. I miss my face rubs.
