14th at Osprey Valley

This was a green site where I had designed the original hole while working for Carrick Design. I got to build the green site and I always thought this was the best three on the property. The material was carved out of the bunkers and pushed up to make a very audacious plateau green site from a very small rise. It was based around a series of greens I had seen in a book about the architecture of Royal Melbourne. Recently I renovated the course and scaled back the bunkering a little.
